CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA of the Participant of the International Photo Contest “Mother and Children in National Costumes”

In accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended),

I, freely, by my own will and in my interest, give my consent to the Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union” (abbreviated name: RPO “International Women’s Union”, PSRN 1187700012950, location address: 117437, Moscow, internal territory municipal district Konkovo, Akademika Artsimovicha St., 17, room 3/1), which is the organizer of the International Photo Contest “Mother and Children in National Costumes” (hereinafter referred to as the Contest), to the processing of my personal data, as well as the personal data of a minor child, whose legal representative I am (in case of a child’s participation), on the following terms:

List of processed personal data:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the Contest participant(s).

  • Country, region, city/locality of residence.

  • Email address for communication. In the absence of email – postal address.

  • Contact phone number.

  • Photographic images (photo contest works) uploaded for participation in the Contest, as well as other photo and video materials provided as part of participation or made by the organizer during Contest events.

Purposes of personal data processing:

  • Organization and conduct of the International Photo Contest “Mother and Children in National Costumes”.

  • Registration of the participant, identification and communication with the participant at all stages of the Contest.

  • Informing about the progress of the Contest, results, as well as about future projects and events of the RPO “International Women’s Union”.

  • Publication of contest works, surname and first name of the author/participants in the image, as well as other provided materials as part of covering the Contest on the official resources of the Organizer (websites, social networks, printed and electronic publications, exhibitions) for cultural, educational and informational purposes.

  • Formation of the Contest archive funds.

List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, dissemination (including transfer and publication in open sources, broadcast), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing can be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

Transfer of personal data:

I consent to the transfer of my personal data and provided materials to third parties engaged by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Contest (jury members, information partners, exhibition organizers), exclusively within the framework of achieving the stated processing purposes.

Term of consent:
This consent is granted for an indefinite period and is valid until its withdrawal in writing. In case of withdrawal of consent, the Organizer has the right to continue processing personal data in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Withdrawal of consent:
Consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notice to the Organizer’s address: 125414, Moscow, Petrozavodskaya St., 18, bldg. 1, or to the email address: iwuorg@gmail.com.

Guarantees of the Organizer:
The RPO “International Women’s Union” guarantees the confidentiality and security of the processed personal data, their processing in strict accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

Confirmation:
I confirm that I am acting voluntarily, without any coercion, and that:

  • I understand the purposes of processing my personal data.

  • I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of the RPO “International Women’s Union”, posted on the official websites www.woman3000.org and www.handswomen.com.

  • I am aware of my rights as a subject of personal data, established by Chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

Note: For Contest participants under the age of 18, this Consent is granted by their legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, guardian).
